All products sold by BBC Lighting are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you have purchased a product from us and find it to be defective, please contact Customer Support at 414-933-0808 for assistance in processing your claim. We will not be liable for installation fees of any kind.
If you receive a defective product you have to contact BBC within 14 days to receive a replacement. Do Not Ship the product back without contacting BBC first for a Returned Goods Authorization # (RGA) and return instructions. BBC will replace any defective item within 14 days of delivery. See Returns for more information about returning an item.
Orders take approximately 1 to 3 weeks for delivery based upon availability. BBC Lighting does not guarantee shipping times. Occasionally product is temporarily out of stock, and is on back order from the factory. Please contact BBC at 414-933-0808 if your order has not been received in the time expected. We will contact you by email with available backorder information.
BBC Lighting offers FREE shipping on all orders placed through our website.
Items that need to be shipped through freight lines do not qualify for free shipping, and are subject to a minimum 15% freight charge. For delivery purposes, a person must be available to sign for these items when they arrive.
If the packaging appears to be damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of delivery slip that you include a note stating the package appears to be damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us and the carrier (UPS, Fedex, etc.,) immediately. Depending upon the product and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier yourself.
HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING. We will only accept a return if a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA #) is issued to you by BBC Lighting within 14 days of you receiving the item. The returned products must be brand new (never used or installed) and in perfect condition with all of the manufacturer's packaging intact. In order to keep our prices at their lowest, we charge a 25% restocking fee on all returned items. Your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded, if applicable. Orders returned after 14 days or without an RGA # will not be accepted.
BBC Lighting is committed to protecting your privacy. Information you provide us will not be sold or given to any outside party. We do share your address and phone number with the manufacturer responsible for shipping your order, but it is only used for the processing and shipment of the order. BBC Lighting will only use your phone number to contact you in case of a problem with the fulfillment or delivery of your order.
